1. First Run Audio Troubleshooter.
2. Then Uninstall the audio device.
3. After that, you need to Update Audio Driver.
4. Contact help for your computer.
5. Upgrade Intel Smart Sound Tech. Audio Control driver.

This was the first thing I did. Windows Computer has their built-in troubleshooter so I do to try that first.
To Run the Microsoft Windows Audio Troubleshooter.
Find Troubleshoot in the search box, and go to setting and open it.
Visit Audio Playing and hit on Run Troubleshooter.
Follow the given steps and generally, the Troubleshooter helps to this issue, but in our situation, it did not use.
2. Uninstall Audio Device
Then after we try a couple of methods mentioned above, I was seeing the exclamation mark in my Device Manager. I was thinking, my Computer Device Manager, there was mentioned two devices, after some time seeing we understood that devices are installed and updated on my Computer. Then you need to check Windows update and update it then installing them audio device has come back in my Computer. We did that, We uninstalled two devices showed there with the VOILA and exclamation mark after that, audio comes back.
Regrettably while shutting down the computer it once more received the Update again automatically and the issue "no audio output device is installed windows 10 dell" was again showing a red cross, my laptop speaker. We do not hide the Update and so try other ways.
Update the Audio Driver.
Most of the error is fixed through the Windows Device Manager in Windows Computer, therefore I marked to update the audio driver.
1. Press Win+X and choose Device Manager.
2. Scroll down and hit on "video, Sound and game controllers", and select your audio devices here.
3. Choose an audio device, right-hit, and hit on Update Driver.
4. Choose "Search automatically for updated application" and Device will scan automatically and updated a suitable version of the driver.
5. Once the update is done, your device will come back audio.
6. This fix did all most times work.
